AI Agents

Introduction

RAFA PRO is a platform for Financial Advisory Firms that optimizes wealth management workflows by integrating CRMs, custodians, storage and ticketing with a team of AI agents, so advisors can dedicate more time to their clients and less to handling multiple tools.

The UI is built on a color token system that ensures contrast and accessibility for both Dark and Light mode without duplicating designs.

Workflows

This section includes a space to run a quick question or search, and a grid of workflows. A workflow is a repeatable sequence of prompts and tasks run by AI agents that pull data from integrations to extract information, draft emails, inform decisions, and more. For this UI, I imagined a mix of a marketplace, a conversational AI interface and a CRM pipeline.

Portfolios

Here, advisors find all their client portfolios. For the test version, I focused the design on quickly seeing portfolio details and stats. During testing, I learned advisors need to handle a lot of portfolios at the same time, in a more holistic way. I iterated with this new information in mind:

  • Table replacing the list: From showing full portfolio details upfront to a scannable table highlighting the key data advisors actually need at a glance.

  • Bulk actions: Added multi-select so advisors can run actions and workflows across multiple portfolios at once.

  • Detail on demand: The deep-dive portfolio analysis still exists, but now opens as its own page when needed.

Dashboard

This is the place where advisors ask themselves: What am I doing today?

I chose a 3 column layout to present most of the CRM information needed to organize their day, showing events in a day calendar, listing recent notes, tasks and some general metrics which, when not available because the user is still onboarding, are replaced by an Integrations card that allows them to track which integrations they are still missing.
